Exactly... even though one should consider every partner to be a poz and take the precautions that one deems appropriate, there is something about knowing that a person is or might be that can be a bit off-putting. I say this also from the perspective of being a retired health care professional and seeing how various staff members reacted... and emphatically not in the sense of being prejudiced or disrespectful. However, it can put one on edge such that one might tend to be overly careful and in the case of an escort situation put a damper on the enjoyment factor. At least that is the case for some.

This version is readily available locally... It's inexpensive enough to give it a shot... but I don't want any appendages to dissolve in the process as it is the extra strength version.

Forgive me, but I am still confused. There are all sorts of creams and strengths... its difficult to see which versions have aloe and which might be too strong for sensitive areas. There are a number of versions available... creams, powders, etc. What version does the all-knowing and Doctor Funguy (aka il dottore enciclopedico) specifically recommend.
