2nd from the right is what I think of as the quintessential lean muscle-butt. 2nd from the left is also appealing

I'll meet you halfway - Daisy-chain usually, again to my mind involves the person in the middle fucking while getting fucked. But I still *stand* by my definition. The UD says the *top* definition merely involves both orifices being occupied, but if you think about the image of a hunk of meat being roasted, the turning spit has to be supported vertically.

I think classic spit roast is with the two inserters standing and the middleman horizontal ... I'd call that a daisy chain
