I had the very strong impression that Medicare part D *will* cover 8 uses of Sildenafil per month for this purpose (generic for Viagra), although there is a (quite reasonable) co-pay. At least my Kaiser (north) group plan (as a retiree from a university) will, under their Medicare plan.
