  1. I'm wondering if any of the barristers on the board could comment about whether the contents of private two-way texts have ever been entered into evidence in trials ....

  3. Anybody recognize this fellow? (He would be totally dangerous to my wallet were he amenable to bribes)
  4. I can think of a couple of reasons. 1.) they don't want to get massage oil all over their clothes 2.) massage really is physical hard work, and it's just more comfortable to do that when not encumbered by sweaty clingy shirt or pants.
  5. I like everything about this one guy; the other 3 in the post I would politely decline, even if they offered ... if I clicked on the like button for the post in which it appeared, it might be interepreted as endorsing all, or at least most. To quote a certain broadway show "Tis a puzzlement"!

It depends on the content. If you're looking at a downloaded movie, or most pictures*, then your computer is not reference other places on the internet. If you're looking at a saved web page or an HTML document, it could be possibly be reaching out and touching somewhere else. *There were some instances of deliberately crafted pictures that broke the normal conventions and made use of bugs in browsers or viewers which could inject malware into your computer, before the software writers fixed those problems. (I don't dispute what FrankR said about DRM videos; I haven't encountered one yet, but I've read about them).
  7. Probably taken from crissy field in San Francisco looking east over the bay. You can see the new Bay Bridge in the background, making the pic less than 5 years old.
