I have a SLAP tear from a workout in October - long, slow recovery, but finally feeling almost back to normal. Agree with others that this forum probably isn't the best source of medical advice, but I think you were asking about recovery process experiences, so here was mine: like you, my x-ray didn't show anything, so I was referred to a great ortho who ordered the MRI and diagnosed the SLAP tear. He recommended physical therapy, which was painful and annoying (especially the daily exercises at home), but really made great progress over about 6 weeks. Ortho suggested surgery if the PT didn't fully resolve the issue, but luckily it's unnecessary. Shoulder injuries are no fun - I wish you a speedy recovery!

Posting a PSA for visitors to the DC area about two Korean spas within the Beltway, Parkside and Riverside. I alternate between the two - lots of action in the saunas and steam rooms. Parkside is newer and has much better facilities, but you should be more discrete and cautious. Riverside is much older, smaller, and a bit run down but more obvious cruising. Be respectful of the non-players (it's fairly obvious) and you can have a very nice time at both places. Enjoy!

I'll endorse the recommendation to stay away from Luke / Lukas Wilson - luckily I dodged a bullet, but only because he's a flake and a liar. My experience with Bill was quite different - I decided to book an appointment today based on these reviews, and he flaked out on me three times. He prioritized brunch with friends, dinner with friends, and then promised to contact me after dinner - which he didn't. Unless you are looking for a lot of frustrating put offs and no follow through, I can't recommend him.

Not recommended. Russian, speaks practically no English, doesn’t understand even the most basic instructions. Really poor quality massage, no pressure at all even I after I asked for more. Also not sensual at all - PM for details.
