Honestly, the best time to go (to avoid crowds and long lines) is in the morning, between 8 and 9am. You get there and there’s no line, you check in and keep it moving. Around 1pm or so the lines start forming and if it’s a day where kids are out of school, it’ll get loud and chaotic by 2pm. I went one time at 6pm and the line was out the door and to the corner.
