January of this year. He has been on my list for a while too. I was in contact with him once, he wasn’t super responsive. I’m sorry that happened to you. Your tone was polite throughout and you didn’t insist on or require a time change — you merely offered it as a possibility. The provider could have easily said “let’s stick with 5 so I have a chance to eat beforehand”; in fact, I’ve had that exact convo with a provider before, and it didn’t lead to any awkwardness whatsoever. Whatever his typical reviews are like, I’m with Reisr30 on this one: consider this a dodged bullet on a bad day.
