The gold standard for confirming someone is real is quick video call. Not only does this confirm the person in the pics, you can get a sense if they might not be a good fit. Emphasis on quick, you shouldn't come across as a time waster. With that in mind, if someone asks for money to do this, I would recommend walking away.

Not to give a sob story but I am escorting to help my sick mother. I cant really ask my mother for $4200 back from her treatments. Now I am stuck paying Square $800 a month for 6 months so I wont go to collections.

Good - looks like his pics, friendly, clean place. Massage decent, makes an effort. Uses table.
 
Bad - No nude, no HE, no MT. You can be nude if you wish. He makes it clear when you are on the table that nothing is going to happen. Not trained. During the session he pauses the massage to text other clients.
