Had the worst experience at why not men’s tonight I went for manicure pedicure and 60 minute massage package. I had one guy do my pedicure, and start my manicure halfway through another guy finished my manicure and then another gentleman did my massage. Three separate guys, now just for the sake of Covid wouldn’t it be just a little bit wiser for them to minimize contact and just have one person perform all services? That was a little bit bothersome to me but considering I am willingly going to a Men’s spa while‘s Covid is still on the rise I can’t complain too much. Now onto the massage with every employee I came in contact with assuming they were going to be the one administer my massage from the beginning I mentioned that I wanted it to be a hot stone massage. (I had been thinking about it all day and I specifically went to why not because they offer hot stone lol ) The massage was incredibly mediocre he asked what kind of pressure I liked said I wanted hard it was some light rubbing at best when I asked for more pressure there is a bit more pressure for the following 30 seconds then went back to what he started with - now obviously knowing that I wanted a hot stone massage I just kept waiting for it and waiting for it and waiting for it then getting pretty annoyed about it because 45 minutes in I was sure it wasn’t gonna happen but then the masseuse leaves and comes back with the stones he rubs them on my back and I’m not exaggerating but for literally 45 seconds at most I was fuming. I flip over and he starts to massage my arms only as what can be described as squeezing up and down my arms lol — he tried to leave me happy but I was not interested in any of that. As I left I told the gentleman at the front desk who is also the one who finished my manicure, that I didn’t receive the hot stone massage that I had desired from the beginning my appointment they offered to give me a free 10 minutes of hot stone massage... I declined they took $10 off my $90 tab - I gave them the 80 bucks and left. Not a happy camper.
