Great comment, BnaC. I do BM transplants, and it's a treatment not for the weak of heart. I do think the science is interesting, but the morbidity and mortality of transplants likely far outweigh being viral free on medications. And I'm not sure I want to have a lymphoma or leukemia just to require a transplant.

I have mix of regulars I've seen for up to 15 years, so I have to remember their professional names, real names, nicknames. Some guys never want me to use real name, but one just was upset that he wanted me to call him by his real name. Jake Mitchell named me Otter 15 years ago, and I think he's forgotten my real first name. Conversely, even after a number of years, when he lived in an apartment, I needed to be announced, and I hadn't ever been told his real name. I've been hiring for 18+ years, and have met some really fine men.
