I went today. Great GREAT therapeutic massage. Would have loved sensual (he’s hot AF), but strictly therapeutic. Don’t let that deter you. This was one of the best massages I have ever had. He’s warm, masculine, and serious about his work without any attitude. Will DEF go back:)

OK, since no one replied to me, I decided to take one for the team.

I ended up having a very special time with him. Our time together was very relaxed and organic. Nothing felt forced. You could PM me for details.

    This is a great thread!

I recently booked a session with a masseur I really wanted to see. He was gorgeous and just what’s I wanted. We arranged an hour session with “extras” for $200. He is a licensed massage therapist and the session started well, but quickly grew more intense. REALLY intense. I climaxed after what felt like a short time, and I thought the massage would continue. It didn’t, and I got dressed and paid the fee, and then realized my sixth minute massage was done and I was on the street headed home in forty minutes! Not cool. And very disappointing.

I would just say - consistency with scheduling. don't cancel at the last minute.

And also recently, some dude tried to crack my back - without telling me. I was like - you don't have any actual training. don't ever do that again. He could have hurt me.

Or... you hire a massage therapist, who 10 mins into that massage you really needed... starts to engage in sexual activity. You wanted a massage, not a date. I asked for a TheRapist.. not a Rapist.- haha

    Rant Over.

Giving @Bdrake (and myself!) the benefit of doubt, I researched your claim. Indeed “gyp” is one of the most widely used words that is unknown to be offensive. This article is quite enlightening: https://amp.businessinsider.com/offensive-phrases-that-people-still-use-2013-11

So thanks for pointing it out @JAYM. But other than that piece of education, I did not find the comments from @Bdrake to be out of line.

I agree wholeheartedly with your assessment. However regarding continuing the massage after HE can be extremely subjective. Some clients like to jump up and get off the table once they get their rocks off and others want to bask in the afterglow and be massaged, caressed, hugged... I believe it's up to the Masseur however, to read the client's body language. Perhaps if unsure, a gentle whisper inquiring if "would you like me to rub you down a little longer", or "Is there anything else I can do for you"?
Finishing off with face, head, feet massage, gentle stretching and if there is some chemistry, showering together, are all great endings

I want the time that I booked for and PAID for!!!!

I make the effort to be on time - and expect to leave either on time or after time.

I rarely need to shower -
    1. because I shower before the appointment
    2. I prefer to keep the oil on my skin for the maximum benefit.

I can cum pretty fast sometimes - so its really annoying when the HE happens and they do not know what to do with the rest of the time.

I booked a 90 mins session with a new guy, and that happened - so we finished up - but he only processed my credit card for the hour - which I noticed the next day. I have been back many times - and he knows not to use lube on that part.

If the HE happens and there is still 10 mins or more- a facial massage or a relaxing shoulder massage is the way to go.

I had a hot man and he said he did not know what else to do after the HE - he offered to refund the difference between the 90 mins and the 60 mins but I said no its ok.

    Never been back.

Its the journey not the destination for me.

If I had a fantasic massage sensual - and no HE I would still be happy.

Maybe the key is to communicate.

BUT if you give me the time I pay for regardless of the HE or when the HE happens I will return many times.

Cheat me on time or finish after an early HE - and it will be a one time appointment.

Hope this helps those budding masseurs out there who want to turn their average business into a fully booked with a waiting list business

Wow what a great thread! I feel exactly the same way but never thought in a million years that there would be a thread that gets that deep into the minutiae of the subject! I hate when a guy waits till you are face down on the table to completely disrobe. Then I can't see the goods till like 3/4 of the time is over with and they ask you to turn over (unless I sneak a peek ). Remember guys - that's half the reason I came to see you!!

I would add: don't treat my session as if it is your therapy session and talk non-stop about your problems or other clients; carry a bit of lube to help with the HE; use actual massage lotion not something shitty like Jergen's; and remember it's just as important that you shower also.

Excellent points above, agree with all!

I just thought about one more major annoyance. I am often tempted to have the masseur come to my place, because I am busy or whatever, and I definitely don't mind paying extra, but DO NOT MESS WITH MY TIME! Many masseurs, actually an unfortunate majority, are totally clueless about time management. You'd think that if one lives in Chicago, they should know that the traffic is bad, especially around the rush hour and evening. Plus why not use Google maps that will tell you how long the expected travel time is?

My boy Jake is a stellar exception here, yet again :-), super-professional in this respect, but there is this other dude Nikola in Chicago who checks all the boxes, super-competent and trained, cute, friendly, nice, chill, charges surprisingly low rates, but is usually an hour late and sometimes even more :-(. So I stopped inviting him despite all his other qualities and despite the fact that I would gladly pay DOUBLE what he charges if only he would fucking show up on time. Or within 15-20 minutes. I mean I am just busy, not anal or uptight, I just cannot spend the entire evening guessing when the masseur will show up, if I want a 90-minute massage it should not take more than 2 hours of my time.

PS I also had another masseur text me like 5 minutes into our supposed appointment saying that he needed to get some lunch and will come in like 45 minutes. Well, I certainly don't want him to massage me hungry, but why can't he plan his fucking day so that he doesn't run into these time conflicts? Needless to say, he showed up more than an hour late, and that was it, no more invites from me. These dudes need to realize that people willing to pay them $150-160 an hour typically ARE BUSY and value their time more than anything. Think about it, if I hire someone every month or even every two months for 90 minutes, that's like $1.5-3k a year, many businesses would do pretty much anything for that kind of client.

Like snowflakes every massage experience is unique. I tell you it is the little things that have always left an impression. A continuation of the massage after HE is amazing, even just a gentle rub of the temples. Attention to hands, feet or even earlobes can make all the difference. A"OK you have done your business now get out" will not get a repeat out of me. Up-sell sucks when it is in the middle of the massage. You can negotiate that before hand if you are going for the extra buck. There should be a class not only in the mechanics of a good technical massage but something akin to Geisha training where hospitality is stressed. Environment, Massage, Hospitality. Master these and quality clients will return again and again. Snatch the pebble from my hand... A wise man once said.... ( Oh sorry my inner fortune cookie has overtaken me.)
