I humored him and tried via his website and PayPal. All got denied. I reached out to the "support" person in the chat from his website (which I think is him), but they could not offer any reason why this is not working. At one point they told me to download another app and send to a person (weird name) who is overseas (but assured me its legit). DING DING DING. He sent me a PayPal request which is the same weird name). Anyways, I strongly suspect fraud and walking away. Just curious if anyone was aware of this person or website (Atlanta).
