I think I wholeheartedly agree with this. I feel alot of ppl dont understand how implicit bias affects our sexual preferences. To many people are very proud to proclaim they dont do blacks or they dont do Asians. They are often vicious when they say it or dismissive and Im not sure which is worse. I know the headline sounds hard to believe but I have noticed on dating sites most str8 men seem to go out of their way to indicate they are into all ethnicities. I disagree about street scenes being dead. First let me clarify if you are speaking of picking up gay men that is pointless because gay men dont have to live in the shadows and there are app and sites. However for me street scenes is about picking up the type of men that you wont rub shoulders with often in your day to day. I.e. day laborers, military, young college students,exotic foreigners(eastern european,middle eastern,african).
