I had one provider tell me has a regular client who starts off with $1,500 offer for an overnight and then deducts certain charges from the $1,500 like meals, drinks, etc.. Is that normal? I tend to do two nights and I may negotiate on the rate, I pay for all meals, drinks, admission to any events, and they are welcome to anything I have to eat or drink in the house. I will ask ahead if they prefer I have on hand any particular snacks/soda. They have to pay for any major items for themselves. I'll pay their way into the museum, I'll buy lunch or coffee at the cafe inside, if they want something in the gift store, that's on them. Anyone have a different take on that?

I can often negotiate for an overnight for $800 if I had an hour or so with them before. They know the place is clean, I'm not obnoxious, or demanding, etc.. If they are from out of town, I will include some activities around town they might be interested in. I had a young man from Canada who wanted to shoot some guns so we went to a gun range where I let him pick out some guns we rented.

I have been with Hogan several times and I can confirm he's a great guy. He looks better in person than in photos and really goes out of his way to please his clients. He's much more apt to answer text messages but is getting better about email. He is new, super friendly, and may not know all the terms like stemming roses, but just be upfront with what you're looking for and I'm sure he'll do his best.

I'll be spending time with him next month.

Well, this is really weird. On Sunday I contacted https://rent.men/Mikaryker at the 845 area code number in his profile. We met, he talked about having just changed his hair color. Right after he left, I went back to his profile on RM and I was blocked. Now I am reading this thread and I went to see the video for "Blake" on str8chasers and it was the guy who showed up here Sunday! I know because of the scar on his right bicep. I asked how he got it. Now I see him in Dallas as https://rent.men/Lucasstrom . So, I made an appointment with Mikaryker and Lucasstrom shows up. I have the messages to prove I was using the 845 number for Mika and I have outdoor cam footage showing this Lucasstorm guy showing up. What's going on?
