I’m pretty sure this is a scam. I reached out to him, and he only wanted to message me on IG, so thought that was weird, then he said first time clients need to pay with PayPal, another red flag. He also gave the address of his apartments, but when I googled it, it’s the address of a retirement community. Oh and when I mentioned I’m in Reston, he randomly asked about hurricane Ian, like maybe he thought I meant reston florida and he’s not familiar with northern Virginia at all. Or maybe I’m paranoid
