  1. I've had a couple of 4-hand massages with Ian and his partner, most recently last summer. I agree with the positive comments above. I will say, however, that Ian appeared significantly more skilled than his partner so I felt like my upper body was massaged more thoroughly than my lower body. The partner also left for extended periods of time. Given the overall experience and reasonable rate, however, I would repeat.

Thanks for the info -- I do plan on an incall. He didn't follow up and provide an explanation?

He didn't show up at the designated time and did not respond to my follow-up call and text.

  3. I saw Carlos last fall.  He was friendly, and the massage was solid. He offers different rates for different types of massages beyond therapuetic (tiered pricing). I don't know how selective he is about presenting this info. I would recommend just asking if he offers what you're looking for.

  4. I recently saw Lionw while he was visiting Dallas. He came to my place and performed the massage on a bed. The massage itself was okay. He used a massage gun at times, which I didn't mind. If you find him attractive and are more interested in a sensual/erotic experience than a strong massage, I would recommend him. He was also friendly and engaged. He doesn't speak much English, which made in-person communication difficult. His texting to schedule the appointment, however, was fine.

  5. I don't know what you're looking for in a masseur, but here are some guys that I've seen for outcalls who gave solid, enjoyable massages. There are other masseurs I like in Dallas, but I haven't done outcalls with them. All of these guys brought a table.

  6. I recently got a massage from Rommel. He is the first masseur I hired from massagefinder (as opposed to masseurfinder). I thought the massage was great, and he's a friendly, sexy guy with a nice, muscular body. I got a combination of a massage and body scrub (scrub was integrated into the massage). It was nice, but I think I'll just do the massage next time, as I found the massage parts to be most enjoyable.

  7. I rarely get massages in spas. When I have, however, they have been strictly therapeutic. Similarly to what was previously mentioned, the vast majority of independent masseurs I have hired didn't drape. Some offered, and I declined. I don't remember the last time I was draped. The majority of these masseurs also provided a sensual/erotic experience without me asking. I've hired guys with masseurfinder ads that focused on their training and professionalism and included pics of them in scrubs who I assumed would be strictly therapeutic but ended up being quite interactive. I've also hired guys who had ads that I believed hinted at extras (e.g., showing off body in pics, checking "sensual" on rentmasseur) but provided none.  I just go with the flow and, at a minimum, hope for a good massage.

Most M4M masseurs know that many, if not most, of their male clients would welcome an HE. If the masseur offers no evidence that extras are an option, I tend to not try to test his boundaries. I recognize, however, that I might have missed some opportunities with this approach.

  8. I've seen Marcus. The massage itself was reasonable, maybe better, but it was difficult for me to relax and appreciate the touch because he was talking so much. He was hot, and the massage was strictly therapeutic (no MT, HE, etc). I could see myself potentially repeating if he talked less. Please note that I didn't communicate this to him. For all I know, he might have politely accommodated.

I’m with you here. I would honestly rather not know. If I am doing my job well, I don’t need the information. If anything, it’s a distraction.

Part of what the client is paying for is for me to be something and someone to him that he doesn’t have to bother attracting on his own. The client is paying for the experience of being cared for, listened to, and serviced in the way he wants, without having to appeal to whatever private preferences I have.

It’s like clients create more work for themselves by offering to pay and place pressure on themselves to “ensure” they appeal to me by over sharing. A good guy won’t let on that you’re not his cup of tea. His job is to make it seem as though you are. You will never know, and it’s better that you don’t.

The longer I work in this industry, the broader my scope of personal preferences become. There’s something beautiful in everyone.

For massage appointments, the weight limit of my massage table is relevant and finite, but I rarely have to turn someone away. My table holds 500+ lbs. Maybe I am not climbing on the table with a 400 pounder, but the client can certainly fit, no problem. Even when they exceed the limit, I make it work on another surface. Many of you already know I hate giving massages on a surface other than a pro table, but for clients who can’t fit, I am extra accommodating.

Generally, clients are pretty honest when they describe themselves, if they do at all.

That's awesome. I'm mostly concerned about letting the provider know that I'm Black. That way he can decide whether or not he is willing and able to perform, despite any preferences he might have. I can have lackluster experiences for free ... hahaha. If the provider doesn't want to work with Black guys, I don't want to hire him either. Please note that I'm not trying to start a discussion about whether or not such preferences are racist. I'm just trying to approach hiring in a way that sets me up for success. Some providers don't possess the willingness and skills to successfully engage with certain client presentations. I expect the provider to have enough insight to decline seeing me if he believes we're not a match.

  10. I recently saw them. Texting was fine, but communicating with them in person was somewhat challenging due to limited English. The massage portion was okay but brief. I likely wouldn't repeat, but I might recommend them based on the extras. In other words, if you find them attractive and are more interested in the "erotic" than the "massage," you might be a match.
