My standard tip for a 60 minute, non-therapeutic massage for women or men is generally $40 (unless things go to hell and it’s a “just hang on until it’s done” adventure and then I have been known to give $20). It goes up from there depending on multiple factors. Yes. I am cheap.

Also, are there any other places downtown near the FiDi? I mean I got no problem with Yeah Man but I would like something closer to Wall Street.

I had Chen at Yeah Man. He takes pride in giving hard/strong massage. I hate strong massage and let him know. So basically he threw massage aside and went straight to pleasing mode. Boy does he please.
I told him he was recommended to me and he seemed to be proud of that and aimed to please.
For the price, I think you’d be a fool to not visit him.
