I absolutely don’t touch the masseur unless he states it’s okay, or he makes it clear during the massage (you’ll know), or I ask if it’s okay, and if it is, I “respectfully” lightly touch/caress their calf, for example, to hopefully demonstrate I’m not a douchebag.

I saw him 4-5 years ago when he wasn’t openly showing his face. I don’t remember anything about the massage, so I think that’s a sign. I do remember the massage deviating from a massage fairly quickly. He’s a small-ish guy who I could tell enjoys being verbally and physically dominant.

Pay real close attention to “customized [to your needs]”. You have to have a discussion up front about what EXACTLY is expected from him for the $$ amount you are going to pay. I learned this the hard way. I felt cheated, and it was like he did it on-purpose. It was a terrible vibe. He wore a Speedo, and when I turned over, a Kleenex was draped across me. Yeah.
