I booked an appointment with Troy and double-checked that it would be smoke-free when I made the reservation. But when I showed up, there was a really strong smoke smell that was super unpleasant. I tried to deal with it for about 15 minutes but couldn't take it anymore and ended up leaving early. I paid in full even though I didn't get the full service. For next time, it would be great if Troy could hold off on smoking before appointments, especially when clients specifically ask for a smoke-free setting.
