  1. If someone lists their massage services on www.massagefinder.com (Not www.masseurfinder.com) you can be assured the session will be strictly therapeutic. That site is where all the strictly therapeutic people post their ads.

well, I had a few from the site that aren’t strictly therapeutic not that I’m looking for other stuff when I booked them it just kinda went that way - mutually agreed I may say. Also, maybe it’d just coincidental that that masseurs name is similar with yours with just an extra “s” :)

  2. I had a session with him nothing remarkable so I didn’t repeat he upped his price then drop it down again so maybe business isn’t doing well. At some point he would be away for a minute or so in which as a client you’ll get anxious - (at least for me). First rule of massage, a masseur need to always be in contact with his client at all times - it gives you a sense of security and I’m 99.99% sure he walked away coz he was texting in the other room. He’s on the shorter side it that matters

  3. I tried to set up a time with JR, but he was difficult. He initially wanted to charge 300 for 90 minutes, which I thought was steep, but not to bad. Then as I was about to buzz his apt, he sent a text saying he only had 45 -60 minutes and the 300 rate he quoted for 90 minutes would be the same for 45-60. He got angry when I said that made no sense to me. i just dropped it and walked away.

Wow you did the right thing! What a super douchebag! And folks let’s stay away from these masseurs regardless - also it’s the reason why I almost never inquire if the listed price is “ask”
