Not to get too technical or a myth buster but semen is prob about 50% protein by volume but the amount that is considered to be an average to high volume/ejeculation is only 10 mls which would give you about .5gms of protein. To get the equivalent of the protein in an egg you would need about a half cup - and then the energy/protein required to get it would be more than you were getting! On the other side though there are benefits of semen but won't go into those right now as everyone is aware of the most beneficial reason of eating semen;)
