I just watched the first episode of "I Can Do That" on NBC. It's a 6 week show where 6 celebrities try their hand at various talents. In the first episode, Alan Ritchson (pic below) joins Nicole Scherzinger for an aerial act. As the other 4 celebrities are watching their performance, you can hear Joe Jonas say "Alan looks so sexy". I recently started watching Dark Blue on TNT. The three male leads are all hot guys, but I'm especially taken by Omari Hardwich who plays Ty. He is freaking hot. I'm quite surprised there haven't been any threads or posts on last night's episode of Glee. The "Let's Get Physical" number was hot! Very yummy! I tried finding a link to a full version of it today, but can't find one. An adbridged version can be seen HERE

The only advice I have may depend upon the type of prep you're doing. For my prep, I also had to not eat solid foods, but was allowed broth, jello, etc. Then I had to mix a powder into 64 oz. of a drink (Gatorade) and drink it over a short period of time. The drink didn't taste bad at all, even though I'm not a fan of Gatorade. However, because I had been eating broth and jello, I found it very hard to drink the 64 oz. It's hard to drink 64oz of something when you're not thirsty. If I had to do it again, I would refrain from consuming the broth and jello for a period of time before having to take the 64 oz. mixture.

Woo hoo! With my grocery shopper's bonus card today, I was able to get $.60 off per gallon. Regular price here in Harrisburg, PA was 1.83, so I wound up paying 1.23. It cost $19.00 to fill my truck up. I haven't paid that little since I was in college 20 years ago.
