This provider has a lot to learn. I viewed via RentMen of his availability in Denver from December 28th- 30th. I reached out last night inquiring of his services and quickly received a response of “sure sounds good”. I responded in kind, asking of his rate and limitations. I’m not sure what offended him, and at this point I quite frankly don’t care. He sounds overly cautious and caught up in how he perceives this business should work. I wish him the best but can’t say that I’m impressed with his approach to gaining clients on a long term or short term basis.
