There suddenly seems to be a huge number of Latino guys converging on DC who are not usually based here. I'd be very suspicious of these sudden pop-ups with no reviews. Same goes for the sudden cluster of East Euro-Russo-Urkro guys. Lots of scamming going on during this run-up to the holidays. -
