  1. But still not Mark. Mark was in a short lived tv series called "The Texas Wheelers". He was in a Kodak commercial. He was in an episode of the Bill Bixby series "The Magician". He was in a two-part "Owen Marshall Counselor-at-Law". He was in two different episodes of "The Streets of San Francisco". He was in an episode of some show I can't remember now with Efrem Zimbalist Jr. Those are ones I can just remember. I even wrote him a fan letter. I was infatuated with him. But I did not like "Star Wars" and it over.
  2. I was a big fan of the pre Star Wars Mark Hamill and he played David in the first episode. I was so disappointed when he was replaced.
  3. Imo a mistake the David team did in the Immunity Challenge was to put a tall person to dig a hole and crawl under the log. That lost time. They needed a smaller person for the task. I don't know why Mike White is on the Goliath team; he seems more of nerd to me. Maybe it's because of the character he played in "Chuck & Buck". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chuck_&_Buck https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mike_White_(filmmaker)
  4. I understand that his penis was so big they had to specially fit his costume.
  5. I can imagine Sal and Robbie having a gay old time!
  6. YES INDEED! I like curry! I like the smell when one walks into some Indian places.

  9. Anyone watching? Any gay contestants this season?
  10. I don't think the father was a pedophile; so he raped his son because he didn't kill the rabbit? As bad as the father is I don't see how he was responsible for the school shooting. Bleeding rectum has been done on the show before. I'd think that schools in NYC would have metal detectors and guards. And why did the boy shoot up the school? He wasn't being bullied there. The boy was 15. Why was he allowed in a bar? And that older guy he was there with, is he a predator? I wonder how they met? The girl a friend but not a girlfriend said the boy couldn't get it up for her. The father made the boy say that he was gay but later told the psychiatrist he wasn't. Nice touch having a lesbian psychiatrist. Wouldn't have seen that way back in the first season. I think the Supreme Court ruled that minors can't get life without parole. So there is hope for the boy. So Amanda is pregnant and her b/f is a jerk. I don't remember who the father of her first child is. And why is Olivia's son acting up? And what's up with ADA Stone and the hookers? All of these will probably be a part of future storylines this season. The DA was mentioned a couple of times but not named. I wonder if McCoy is out? I think Tutuola got promoted but it wasn't mentioned. I hope we'll see his son and his husband; they have a child. For years the courtroom was 22 but now it 33. I don't miss Stabler at all.
  11. "No father should have this talk with his son. You're not eating enough hot dogs". Phil talking to Luke. They were practicing for a hot dog eating contest.

    Bat Joke

Do you know what they say about bat enthusiasts? What? They like to hang around with each other. :p:p:p I heard this tonight on the British soap opera "Coronation Street".
  13. Ever encounter that? Is it common?

  16. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Male_breast_cancer Men do get breast cancer. That was on the new ABC tv show "A Million Little Things". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Million_Little_Things The first time I heard about male breast cancer was years ago about a fellow who was connected with the game show "The Price Is Right".

  18. Thanks! I just glanced at the top of the link. Same-sex marriage in the United States expanded from one state in 2004 to all fifty states in 2015 ... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Same-sex_marriage_in_the_United_States
  19. That's a sweet story! 50 years together! Regarding getting married in 2013 - same-sex marriage was not legal until 2015?
  20. I was seeing a dietitian until early last year; I stopped because of the difficulty to get around. I would write down everything that I ate and show it to her. I was also taking a protein powder every day. Mixed with water in the blender. There is a program here through the county where I can hire someone to come in and help me.
  21. My doctor told me to avoid "the Big 5" - bread, rice, cereal, pasta, potatoes. Plus citrus fruit, corn, peas etc.. Several years ago there was a guy selling BBQ chicken outside the mom & pop store that I frequent. So I ordered one and went inside to pay. When I came out he handed me a bag. I did not look inside the bag until I got home. There was also a baked potato. I know that I shouldn't have but I ate it. I felt the aftereffects. I leaned my lesson.
  22. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raper I've thought that an odd name. It would die out. What woman would marry a man with that last name? But I found out that Raper is also a north of England surname meaning "a maker of ropes". Still though I'm glad my ancestors came from the west of England.
  23. Thanks for the advice. I am a Type 2 diabetic. I got it back in 2007. It's hereditary in my family. My mother got it a couple of years after I was born. It killed her at age 56. And although her mother didn't die until she was in her 80s it cost her the amputation of both legs (below the knees).
  24. Anyone try ground buffalo? My grocery store carries it. I think it's more healthy than beef. I've tried it, I like but it's too expensive.
  25. Thanks! I may check the local Meals-on-Wheels. Only thing is I don't want to become too dependent upon others. I've noticed that since I have no one to talk to - I can go weeks without seeing anyone - that when I do see someone I talk too much to them. I have to curb myself of that. When someone says "Hello" or "How are you?" it is not an invitation to a long dialogue.
