I agree if the service has value to the consumer. In order for the new service to be money making, the consumer needs enough information on the providers to ensure the probability that the experience will be positive. I think this can happen through their secret shopper but the need individual reviews or reviews from clients need to be integrated with little work on the client side. In addition, more information about the provider needs to be provided. Like what they are into i.e. do they French kiss. No easy answers but they have the potential to be a real power hou$e if they think and plan carefully.
