I do not think anyone is questioning you or your negative experience with Jay. I think it is great that you shared. It helps others make an informed decision. All we are saying is that your experience is one of many. I have had a negative experience with a provider when another had positive one. A potential client needs to review our and your experiences then make an informed decision.
