Yes darling. It is very modern to tip the owners, when they are providing services. From a business perspective, masseurs are commission paid and being the owner does not necessarily mean he is making any money from the business, he is only making the commission from his massages. All the workers (including the owners portion of) commission goes to the overhead of the business. (rent, elec, etc..) 75% of small business like these operate without making a profit, which is why the owners are still providing services. Sad that the American dream is holding on by a thread.

my local go to masseur does his pricing based off of what others are charging- i hate that. But at least he is a great therapist. We never had traveling masseurs coming to Orlando, until recently and he was telling me how much he "could be charging" .... only to see that he is basing it off of these traveling masseurs. Now he is back down to $100 an hour and my other guy is down to $125 an hour. Maybe it is just regionally, but I am in S FL every 2-3 weeks and I noticed that the available masseurs are more and more... and the prices are coming down from $160 an hour to $120 an hour. Unless they are traveling and then the price goes up. I have been watching this guy (Dylan) for a while now, but $180 an hour is super steep. I emailed him and got a reply in 10 mins here in Orlando. Then he gave me several dates & times I could book with him... leading me to believe he was NOT getting booked as much as you would think. In the end, all I ask is that they are great at massage and the the price allows me to partake regularly! If your in ATL... go see my asian friend Ronin... Asian Sensation Massage on MF. I think that the traveling masseurs are traveling because their ponds are drying up, and then they travel and add more for their hotels. When local masseurs see this, they start to charge more... driving the prices. Sadly, my local market has horrible masseurs, so I am hopeful when a traveler comes through, but sometimes it is a horrible experience. (thankful for this forum now) I will say that every time I email or message a traveling masseur they have a lot of open appointments and reply right back. (so i don't think they are getting the amount of clients at that pricing) I Miami it seems that some masseurs are lowering prices slowly... less price/ more clients = more consistent $$$. Lets hope this is the new trend ((:

I am a little cheap, so I am sure he was not charging $250 last November when I saw him. I think it was more like $150 for 9o minutes, which was more like 74mins after the housekeeper came to the door delivering pillows to the wrong room. -xx

Had him twice for a massage when he first arrived and he was amazing! Very hot and very nice.. surprised to see him on an escort sight. He was doing an out call massage to my hotel room and the housekeeper came to the door at the beginning of the massage and he thought it was the police (or Immigrations) It was super awkward and extremely funny at the same time, but hiding in the bathroom while I answered the door. Afterward he remained professional and got right back into the massage. We finished, he asked if he could shower and when he came out he was very thankful. Hope this helps.
