I can see two points of view here. Also other options then just bouncing. For him he was probably thinking this is a flake and screwd up on time twice. On the second trip though I guess he could have said since you made him wait 15 minutes of which his time was in fact wasted, that yiu would only have 45 min left with him but that's really his call. I'm sure it's happened to him with other clients. I can only imagine how frustrating that is to a provider.

I e actually had a provider reschedule cause he thought he was coming down with something. Iv done the same with a provider. I’ve canceled cause I have thre flu a mild case but still the flu.
