Depends on the time of day. I always walk-in at lunchtime at either spa 27, Alpha or TSMS and was never turned down or asked to wait. Not even once.

I just went to check what is going on at Babylon. They have at least 1 female masseuse and one male masseur, both Asian. The male masseur I saw is probably in his lye 30s or early 40s, chubby but not very tall, so maybe @RLBENJIshould pay them a visit and check him out (likely there are extras you can get with a tip, after all they have inherited this place from Dylan). The female masseuse i saw is actually pretty cute and taller than most, if you roll that way too.

I went to alpha today for a walk in. Nice place, but…. it is setup like shangrila: the walls do not go all the way up to the ceiling, so you can hear everyone else’s conversation when they are having their massage. This is a big issue for someone like me who is a big moaner, especially at the critical moment. also i was super cold, but there is no A/C control in each room, it is centralised. Got assigned Karl who is cute and friendly. I got more or less what I expected from the massage, but 3 things means I won’t try him again: - he put a towel over my eyes after I turned over. - he moved my hands up above my head at the critical moment. It is a nice way to say “no touching”, and I respect that, but I can find masseurs who do not ever do that or say that. - the end of the massage was a bit forceful, he needs to handle this body part more gently.

There is at least one in every big city in Brazil. They are technically not brothels, they are saunas, but the clients never have sex with each other, only with working guys. The working guys each set their own price and do not work for the sauna’s manager or owner, he is just here to charge an entrance fee and then a separate fee for a room if you want to enjoy privacy with one of the sex worker. This arrangement is fully legal in Brazil. In the biggest ones in Rio and São Paolo, you can chose among 40 working guys on a busy evening. The guys are also very cheap compared to US prices. There is a similar arrangement in one sauna in Zurich and another one in Barcelona (also fully legal). There are 2 gay brothels in Tokyo, and these are actually brothels: you pay the manager, not the guy (this is also fully legal).
