  1. Anybody have any information on this guy - https://rent.men/RodrigoDiazXl
  2. Well I'm picking Jawjatech up at LAX this afternoon. Am also cooking up a storm in preparation for Sunday's Pool Party. Jawjatech and I will leave here (North Orange County) Friday morning around 10. I'll drop him off at INNdulge where he will be staying. I will then proceed to our hosts digs where I will bunk for the weekend. I am very much looking forward to seeing lots of "old" friends and making a bunch of new one. It appears this will be the largest group attending the Palm Springs Weekend events ever. Travel safe and see you all in Palm Springs.
  3. Well now let me see what clothing you might want to consider bringing along to impress: 15-20 Speedo/Thong swimsuits to change at least three or four time a day at the gay resort where you are staying and also at the Sunday Pool Party. 10-15 Complete changes of clothing so you can change three or four time during each get together. 10-15 Different jockstraps to change at least three or four time at each site. Several different harnesses for different occasions. A wide variety of toys. I would estimate that all in all you should be able to get by with three or four large suitcases.
  4. Hey 5280Dane why not contact Oliver and go THIS year.
  5. Dallas Steele, now lives in Palm Springs, he will be attending the Palm Springs weekend and is I believe open for appointments. I just returned from a week in Puerto Vallarta with him and am already planning next year's trip. Highly recommended.
  6. Hey purplekow might I recommend that if you have not already done so you clear your idea with our host Oliver.
  7. Just returned from Puerto Vallarta where I spent a great week with Dallas Steele. Anybody wishing additional information PM me.
  8. I am only going by what he indicates he is "into" and that is ALL I'm interested in. I believe him in how he presents himself in his ad. He has obviously edited the list of things he is "into" and if he cannot do it honestly and accurately then I am most definitely NOT interested.
  9. Interesting but unfortunately -- no kissing -- no oral - THUS no hire.
  10. Don't over worry about getting sick, just be reasonably cautious. Drink "sealed" bottled water that "you open". Don't use ice in drinks as freezing doesn't purify it. Eat cooked foods that aren't overly spicy. Americans stomachs frequently react negatively to Indian food that is overly spiced for our palates. Also remember that if you get a case of Delhi Belly it is most likely a reaction to different foods and NOT some exotic form of dysentery. The imodium suggestion is a good one. Most Americans have a very strong positive OR negative reaction to India. Some love it others absolutely hate it. I absolutely loved it the first time I visited. Have been twice and need to return, in the near future, to visit the south. The Taj Mahal is absolutely mind blowing. It is hard to believe that man could create something that beautiful. To my way of thinking only the great Gothic Cathedrals of France can compare. The colors of Rajasthan are wonderful; the saris of the women, the red forts, and the semiprecious stone available for purchase in Jaipur. Have a wonderful time and upon your return do let us know your reactions.
  11. One can NEVER go wrong with Dane Scott. An all around outstanding guy. Dallas Steele would also be an excellent choice. I'm about to leave for Puerto Vallarta, for a week, with him. Hey Despardo you might consider bringing whoever you decided to hire to the Saturday dinner and the Sunday Pool Party. In fact why not hire them all and bring them all.
  12. Or possibly none at all like me!!!!!
  13. Just the mention of Circus of Books brings back many fond memories. During the 80's and 90's it was my major source of gay fiction, skin magazines, and dvd's. I guess its closing is a sign of the time but it is a sign that I don't much like. As I age I see more and more of the shops that were important in my younger day disappearing. For me at least that is sad.
  14. Jawjateck is right on with his estimates. Ryan, if you can do try and attend -- it is a lot of fun. Send a PM to Oliver stating your interest and he will, I'm sure, add you to his list of guys to keep in the loop.
  15. The only thing I would caution you about regarding taking photographs is to make certain you ask your subjects first. Also check the background of any photographs you take.
  16. A VERY nice dinner at a VERY nice restaurant. If you both drink wine include a VERY nice bottle of wine. You might also include a simple card in which you simple write "Thank you" for a wonderful friendship.
  17. Should I bring a cribbage board?
  18. Count me in. Once upon a time many eons ago I was a serious contract bridge player.
  19. Unlike many I absolutely love anchovies on my pizza.
  20. A blood rare rib eye steak in one hand and a nice glass of Pinot Noir in the other. I count calories in order to maintain my weight but beyond that I eat exactly what I want. I'm 78 and I'll be damned if I'm going to eat rabbit food just to live a month or two longer.
  21. I tend to open the door for anybody approaching regardless of gender. I have, however, had two interesting experiences holding a door open for women. The first incident took place in 1966 in Las Cruces, New Mexico. As I approached the door of a laundry mat an African American woman arrived. I opened the door and stood back for her to pass through. She simply stood there and didn't move. After a few moments I simply said "go". She then ran through the door. Later she came up to me and stated that I obviously was not local and that she was afraid if she went in I'd kick her. I was dumfounded. Being from California I had never experienced such blatant prejudice. The second incident took place about a year ago. I arrived at the door to my bank at the same time as a very attractive young woman in her early twenties. She was wearing a hijab (head scarf). I held the door open and stood back. She hesitated, for a moment, and then went through. We ended up standing in line next to each other. After a moment she turned to me, smiled and said "thank you", I responded "you're welcome". Life can really be strange.
  22. Byzantine Empress Theodora 500 A.D. to 548 A.D. (reigned from 8/9/527 - 6/28/548).
  23. He did not attend the Pool Party.
  24. Hi Marylander1940 When I met Vin, at the Palm Springs Weekend Saturday evening dinner last year, he gave me his telephone number. I tried texting him several times and never received a response. I will readily admit that I can be a real SOB when attempting to communicate with an escort. If I don't receive a response after two or three attempts I write the escort off and that is exactly what I have done with Vin Marco. It will be interesting to see if he attends the dinner this year.
