One of the things that annoyed a little me about GG is that, as the show went on, Bea Arthur seemed to adopt Benny's mannerism of putting her hand to her cheek and looking aloof or disinterested when something offputting was said. Surely not her son Michael, who was 29 in the first season, 23 in the second when he married Rosalind Cash (who was preggers) and 30 in the third season, when he mentioned splitting up with her, but said nothing about the child. In a social media world, capturing the perfect travel shot can seem like a competition at times. But a popular travel Instagram account has had to be shut down after a photo went too far and deeply offended the locals. The account, @traveling_butts, was started by a couple from California and it followed their adventures across the globe with pictures of their bare bottoms at famous tourist sites around the world. And while many posts were seen as harmless fun, the two men were forced to delete the account after they posted images of their behinds at the prominent temples Wat Arun and Wat Pho in Bangkok, angering locals who saw it as disrespectful to their holy sites. At these religious Thai landmarks, women aren’t even allowed to show bare arms or legs on the premises. The offending images were shared by a local Bangkok woman in the Facebook group Everything Bangkok, where it has been slammed for being culturally insensitive and profoundly disrespectful. “These two person [sic] has had acted lewdly in the grounds of the temple and the ground of the Thais. Thais respects the land of the temple too [sic].
