I was wondering if the definition(s) of prostitutions/escorting always includes exchanging the providing of sexual acts for money? Or can it be sexual acts for anything of value? And has the insertion of a paragraph such as "I do not accept money for sexual acts. I am compensated via contributions for my time only. Anything that happens during that time is a decision made between two consenting adults," been seen to protect against prostitution claims? Or does a prosecutor just go on the full extent of the facts as they emerged in the circumstances. Otherwise, regular meet ups from sites as Grindr could be interpreted as providing something of value being given for sex - companionship.

I think there might be certain First Amendment problems in closing down publications/blogs that have certain discussions. Although you might discuss or even advocate certain illegal acts I do not believe you contravene a law unless you actually commit the outlawed act. I think it would be like me encouraging people to rob grocery stores because grocery stores represent capitalist interests. They could not shut down my blog for doing that. As opposed to me getting my gun and actually robbing a store.

Another problem (IF IT IS TRUE) is that Eugene O'Neill does not allow that any of his scripts be cut. So the performance I saw was close to 4 hours long. Of course, I can sit through all of Angels no problem.

I used to shower in A.M.s before work. Thank god that monotony is gone. So if I am not going to the gym I might just forgo a shower. On the days I am going to the gym (probably 3 days a week) it is usually in the late afternoon. Once finished there, I come home, watch my Rachel, and shower. Saves a lot of hot water.
