I would imagine that an escort ad is but one bit of evidence the police use when enforcing the anti-prostitution/solicitation laws. They would also use things that indicate that the escort is offering or agreeing to perform a sex act for money. Just putting a statement in the purported ad alleging that money that is exchanged is just for non-sexual acts would not be a defense when the escort offers or actually performs sex for money.

I'm sure with his legal bills you could get him for less than that. Or perhaps a chipped faux-Downton Abbey plate.
