If you have a heated table, ask if the temperature is ok. Twice the masseurs have set it too high. Gets very uncomfortable. I need to ask them to turn it off.

We are no trashing him for his appearance. We are pointing out the discrepancy between what advertises and the reality. That’s a bad business practice. He carries a high definition camera with him. He can take 30 seconds of his day and update his pictures. No excuse for that.

I didn't see him at his place. It was at a hotel. Maybe that's why the experience is different? Maybe he knows he's traveling and he might not see those clients again? ?
