Well, with one of these providers, recently I paid for 3 hours, but the actual time we spent together was 5 around hours. The massage itself lasted the full 3 hours. The extra time was spent catching up, talking, showering (not together), and him showing me some stretching and self-massage techniques, which I was even able to try on him. We were both nude the entire time, and it made the whole experience even better. And of course, I tip generously.

How do you usually approach the masseur? Do you just ask him out of the blue? And when you do, do you include that as part of the “session,” or is it more like “extra free time” afterward?

I usually pay attention to what the “masseurs” do with me and then watch YouTube videos to pick up some of other movements. The part I find more challenging is getting the body positioning right for stretches, I really need to practice those. Biotone is my go-to as well. I also have a towel warmer, but honestly I’m not a big fan. I’m not sure it’s all that useful for me… or maybe I just don’t know how to make the most of it.
