Ifyou don't get much precipitation you shouldn't have a problem. I'm sure there are plenty of other homes in the neighborhood with flat roofs. There are most likely one or two local experts that service those homes. Flat roofs need to be inspected every couple of years.

It's not terrible. It's just that there are other free sites which are just as good or better. I also check to see if the car I was interested in has an online forum where I can actually ask owners about there cars. And plus see JayCeeKy comment.
