I met 'Michael' last night in Boston and he definitely looks like his pictures (unfortunately, due to the use of steroids - lots of back acne). He gave a very good massage with a great ending. I don’t think his daily Comments and his outside work is going to end well for the company.
I would think the board of directors would ask him to either focus on the company or leave management and the board. Perhaps he controls too many shares for that to happen.
