For what it’s worth: I have never had a massage with him, but have met him a few times (use to work out of a massage studio on 14th and still may). He’s a very nice guy and works independently (i.e., not part of the any Russo-Ukro-East Euro massage cartel).
-
I suspect that he was more interested in generating favorable reviews than actually delivering on the best experience for his clients.
-
I would privately give him constructive but honest feedback . If you cannot wrote a genuine positive public review, then I would skip it.

I have been to Chris a bunch of times over the past few years. He’s a sweet guy- friendly and genuinely nice. Nice massage and lots of fun extras too.

Not sure if this helps. I have never actually had a massage with David, but I met him at a tantra conference about a year ago. I wanted to get a massage from him (which he was offering on the side) but scheduling never worked. He’s a real sweet guy, sincere, great energy and seemed to be a real healer. I got the vibe that this guy would give a great massage. I plan to book him when I find myself in Asheville.

Yes. I saw him recently and he’s a nice guy and checks a lot of the boxes for a great massage experience. I send you a PM.

Agreed re Pasha as that’s been my experience. Good massage and then about 8 minutes sensual time at end. He has good touch and nice enough guy. However, if you are looking for sensual throughout then I think Aleks might be better. I went to Aleks last month and thought he was great.
-
Yup. I only went once because it’s far for me, but Brad was great. I need to go back.

I agree, some of the physical work was very good (but it was rather short and pivoted to upsell erotic quickly). It was the upsell and aggressive behavior that ruined it for me. I should have been firmer and redirected things. The guy has negative energy and is a “taker” which is the exact opposite of what I look for is a masseur. I connect with guys where there is a mutual exchange of healing.

I wrote prior on this thread, and thought I would elaborate. I went to him about a month ago because his rates were really low and thought I’d give him a try. He was very welcoming and the set up was great. The start of the massage was very good but then about 1/2 way through came an upsell. This is a total deal killer for me. My approach is that I book a massage with a masseur at your stated price and don’t expect any extras. I’ll leave it to the masseur to take the lead on extras and will tip accordingly if that naturally happens. At any rate, I politely declined and said something like “I didn’t bring a lot of $” in order to quickly change the subject. He asked “how much did I bring.” I was really taken aback and again declined. I probably should have left then but I was a little rattled. He continued the massage which became extremely erotic. However, it was not erotic in a mutual enjoyable sense but rather in a sense of him using my body for his pleasure. While I can say that what happened between us was definitely consensual, it is was not a good exchange for me. It didn’t feel good, and like others, I left feeling not as good as I came. So what do I think is going on with this masseur? I think he’s probably not in a great space emotionally and financially. We should have compassion for him. That said, he's in the wrong line of work and I suspect that the huge drop In rates is because he’s not getting repeat business and needs to lure new people in. I personally wish the best for this masseur, but I would strongly suggest potential clients to stay away. Just my two cents....

I too think a lot of people take it this way, but I don’t think they necessarily should. YMMV can very well be about how the masseur is feeling at the particular day: (1) more or less sexual active at the time; (2) multiple clients in the same day; (3) current relationship status and current agreement with partner. Sure, personal chemistry and attraction is part of this but there are often variables completely unrelated to the client. What I have found is that if you are respectful to the masseur and treat him well (let him lead with extras and mutual touch— please no groping), your mileage will generally go a very long way.

You can search using his ID “20850” and find a few threads, but there is actually not much feedback at all. Any one have any experience with him?
-
I agree with Redwine that it would have been better if there was a work-up to this; at least massaging the front.
-
This was similar to my experience. I felt like that I was one of many massages that day. Although, I might give him another try some day.
-
I didn’t find him unpleasant but didn’t really enjoy my experience. I cannot put my finger on it but something was off. He was nice enough but there wasn’t really any chemistry (and I generally connect with most people).
-
I haven’t been to him yet but I have heard positive things from someone on here.

I didn’t wind up going in the end. Going to try Greenhouse in the coming days.

Thank you! thank you!

Thanks Beethoven, I didn’t realize it until after I posted then found it which indeed answered my question.

Hi guys, I don’t usually book local men’s spa massages but was thinking about going tonight. Do you have any suggestions as to locations and masseurs? Looking to do one of the cheaper men’s spas (green House, shangrila, etc). Any input would be helpful! Thanks!

That would be great if it is. I still have a few passes I haven’t used.

Any recommendations for the Pines on Fire Island?

I have a name of someone who is usually out there and is excellent. PM if you want his name. -
