thanks.....with the exception of a few years in Europe, I've spent all my 72 years in SF, and had never heard of any Bayside Village---but that's because it didn't exist until a few years ago, I guess. I like to learn new things!

One of the first guys I hired, was handsome, buff, charming and had a deep rich voice. I wrote a nice review on Daddy's site. Then I learned from posts here that he was both a racist and a Trump supporter. After that, never had any interest in meeting him again.

Retirement is great, but.......Mortgage rates are so low that I'm considering re-financing my current 30 year mortgage , which has 14 years remaining. Turbotax just told me my credit score is 791. Several mortgage brokers are trying to get me to re-finance. Will my current retirement status (with a decent IRA, social security, and a few investments) be a problem??
