DANI AT VILLA CAPO DI MONTE - CANNES, FRANCE - 1938 This picture taken by photographer and painter Jacques Henri Lartigue (1894-1986) is of his son Dani (1921-2017), a painter and an entomologist specializing in butterflies. Dani was a patron of La Maison des Papillons, a small museum in St. Tropez containing paintings and souvenirs of his father and a large collection of butterflies.
