I regularly meet up with a very hung guy. I haven’t found douching, in and of itself, to be effective when we meet up as I feel like I’m only cleaning my rectum. He tends to go further inside me, past the rectosigmoid junction, into the sigmoid colon. Douching doesn’t reach far enough to flush that area out. To prep, I need to use a large dildo to open up the rectosigmoid junction and basically clean myself out using a combination of the dildo and douching. Does anyone else have this problem?
