I’ve had a really off putting exchange with this guy. I reached out to him to go over details before booking like price. His RM profile says $160. He tells me it’s $200. Then it’s just a lot of one word, curt answers. I told him I’d think about it. A few days later I text him to book (that’s the only way he communicates is by text). I’m booking 2 weeks out because of a hectic schedule, and he tells me he needs a deposit to hold the appointment via venmo, PayPal or zelle. I ask what percentage of a deposit he needs. He says 100%. Last time I checked 100% of something is the full amount and a deposit is a percentage of the full amount. I informed him that I’m not going to give someone I’ve never met the full amount for a service I’m not receiving for another 2 weeks. I would proceed cautiously with this one. It’s too bad because I’ve received some positive referrals. Oh well.
