By "strategy" I think he means that he massages you very well for 40 min, provides extras for 10 min, then sends you on your way not minding you're leaving 10 min early. But I might be wrong... maybe @hrlmguy was referring to a different strategy.

I believe it's the same guy; side by side it's the same face. Different photoshoot would account for the difference in hair color. That, however, is not to say that he's not part of the notorious group you mentioned.
