I'm 5'7" so carrying that much weight wasn't a pretty sight for me and it was slightly uncomfortable. I'msmaller now due to adjusting my portion size, cooking more at home from scratch and taking out as much high fructose corn syrup as I can. It came off slowly but it worked for me. Hugs, Greg
