I had a session with him a few weeks ago when I was visiting Jekyll Island, Georgia. Very nice guy; excellent strong massage. He has a sweet, red-neck vibe, with such a strong low country accent that I could barely understand him! Massage is therapeutic, but he is fine with you being undraped, if that's your preference.

Realize it's a long shot, but anyone ever have a session with him? Going to to be in Savannah next week. Thanks https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/35493/

Massages stopped being something exciting…
massagelover replied to + 7829V's topic in Spas & Masseurs
Also just hard to justify $250 plus for a 90 minute massage, especially when the odds of getting someone grea tare so low these days. -
Saw him for the first time in over two years and it was NOT a great experience. He immediately tried to upsell me to Lomi Lomi, which he described by saying "longer strokes and you will just be under a small towel instead of the full sheet." That was a $60 upsell for an hour; then he said I can do it nude if you want for another $80. And in the moment I said YES. So $260 for an hour massage. Well somehow it was a substantially inferior massage to his strictly therapeutic one, and there was not a bit of sensuality to it. When toward the end, I asked if it was OK if I jerked myself off, he said, "no, sorry, I don't allow that...unless you want to pay....and how long will it take you?" I said, "pay you to jerk myself off?" He said, "$80." I said, "No I'm good." He's a straight guy doing his best to soak every gay guy he can for cash, and I stupidly fell for it. I should have just stuck with the hour long therapeutic for $120 because I think THAT he does quite well. Just don't get sucked in on the EXTRAS!!!!!

I had three amazing experiences with him in NYC a couple of years back. Incredible stretching and Thai techniques. Nude, mutual touch, super sensual. I think it's definitely about whatever chemistry he is feeling with the person (and I was lucky we had it) and that he doesn't want to feel obligated to deliver or promise anything more than a Thai massage.

https://rentmasseur.com/AnvarSignatureM Anvar is fantastic. He's in Braintree - not right in the city - but awesome legit massage skills. He was only therapeutic (with a slight sensual edge) for a long time, but in the past year has opened up to being much more sensual. Massage skills are A plus though, and he's a sweet guy. He even offers pool-side massage!!

appreciate it! And he's not cheap for purely therapeutic.

any recent experiences with him?? We texted yesterday and he made clear he is strictly professional now (think he has a boyfriend judging from his instagram). I'm still inclined to set up a session, but just want to make sure that the massage is really top notch, so any personal experience would be appreciated.

I know there is a thread about him with his masseurfinder ad, but want to know if anyone in Boston (or NYC) has had a session recently and how it was. He's $220 for an hour sensual and $300 for erotic and sends a very clear description of which each entails. Erotic just adds in mutual touching, but is definitely not an escort session. thanks https://rentmasseur.com/StudFR

Anyone in the Boston area try him recently?? https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/39743/

It stuns me anyone is dumb enough to fall for the CC deposit needed to book scam.

What Is Your Criteria To Begin Receiving Massages Again?
massagelover replied to Dmitri's topic in Spas & Masseurs
For me it will be when the rate of new infections has gotten low enough, so that even if I were to get it (or transmit it) from any circumstance - whether a massage, or out to dinner, etc - I would not pose a risk of over-burdening the health-care system if I happened to be in the small minority of people who require hospitalization. We're not close to that point yet - if we're lucky, maybe in 6-8 weeks? -
He's excellent. Top notch skills; very warm/nice guy. Separate massage studio in his apartment. Therapeutic with a sensual touch, though no HE or anything beyond. I am however bewildered and disturbed that he has continued to work through this crisis, despite his belief that he is being safe and hygienic.

He deserves to be outed for this.

It has nothing to do with my lack of compassion for the plight of masseurs, who by the way -- at an average of about $160 an hour in NYC -- do pretty well for themselves generally as compared to the millions of people suddenly out of work who make far far less money. This is about the shared social health responsibility for all of us during this insane crisis. And anyone who isn't doing their part to keep this from getting horribly out of control is just being careless and selfish. Moreover, it's hard to argue with the fact that the physical intimacy and proximity of massage is on the high end of the risk spectrum and far from an essential service.

The notice on MasseurFinder should be on their home page and the site should be disabled for the time being. They play a role here too; not just the masseurs themselves. It's frankly appalling. As for all of those masseurs who have still been advertising AVAILABLE NOW, yes I know you are hurting financially, but this is not about YOU right now. When this is over, I will remember those few who acted responsibly and suspended work and give them my business.
-
not to mention the fact that they ARE NOT testing symptom free individuals anywhere unless someone has had direct exposure to someone with COVID.
-
masseur goes to crowded supermarket; masseur becomes infected without knowing it; masseur sees 10 clients in the following week while he is asymptomatic; masseur infects half or more of those clients, who each for a period of days before (or if) getting symptoms infects another 5 people...... or the reverse, the asymptomatic client makes an appointment with masseur, infecting him; masseur then passes it on unknowingly to half or more of his clients during the following week. This is a shared responsibility between clients and masseurs and the web sites that promote it. ALL NEED TO STOP NOW.
-
if true, shameful.
-
The masseurs who continue to advertise; the clients who continue to book sessions; and the sites that continue to post ads are all acting incredibly selfishly, irresponsibly contributing to the possible expansion of infection. I completely get the hardship for masseurs, but it's no different than for tens of millions of Americans....the waiter, the bartender, the actor, the hair stylist, the hotel maid, and on and on. I personally could use a massage right now more than anytime in my life, and I don't even have much of a fear of getting infected from one, but THAT is not the point. The point is that we all have a role to play in slowing this down for the sake of others, for the sake of our health care system, which in many places is days away from catastrophe. Licensed massage therapists in most states have been ordered to stop indefinitely, and our community should be doing the same. If we're lucky - and I believe we will be - in 3-4 weeks we will start to see things improve, and then hopefully we can begin to resume life, and get our massages.
-
hate to say this, but masseurfinder and rentmasseur should be suspending the sites until the crisis has passed.
