What’s your BMI? For most people it works well, a few side effects are common such as indigestion and nausea. The dose is usually titrated up every month if needed. Tolerated it well, and have remained on 5mg as happy with weight loss and side effect profile

Particularly bad bout of COVID few weeks ago. Was given the old vaccine in the autumn (wasn’t aware at the time) and not allowed to take the updated one. Is the old vaccine ineffective?
