This only applies to whether or not the review will appear or be visible on your profile, not the escort's profile. Even if you delete it on your profile, it will still appear on the escort's profile. Check it out. This feature has always been there, but it used to be a small box you could check if you didn't want the review to show up on your own profile. Hope this helps.
