There can be negative people on here and everywhere in life, I am a novice at this but wanted to drop my 2 cents in that many of us are not being negative but sharing our experience about a certain massage therapist. My golden rule is if you are in a service industry, provide the service or decline to provide the service but do it nicely or kindly.
