I was told this many years ago and it has helped immensely with hemorrhoids... every day in the shower after being thouroughly warmed by the spray, do a deep bend (as deep as you can) leaving the legs straight and trying to touch you palms to the floor of the shower. Keep doing this stretch and it will definitely help.
